Doh! “Stab wound” 1 - Left hand still 0

Recommended Posts

Pullstart

Just slipped off a zip tie with my brand new knife and popped my left hand.  The local urgent care measured 3 cm wide and 2 cm deep.  They sent me away to the ER in the big city.  No fun, the job wasn’t even done!

Sorry bout your hand. But telling us how bad and a pic of the bandaid is like telling us how cool your horse is with a picture of the closed garage door :happy-jumpyellow:

Not sure this would work Craig.    This boy has been known to play with fire.

Kevin so glad you healed up from the last wound. And now this :confusion-scratchheadblue:  Well heal up quickly and let's go a little longer before you do something like this again :ychain:

Without all these trips to the emergency room you could probably buy another tractor or two  :laughing-rolling:

Your local urgent care have a coffee mug with your name on it  for your frequent visits?

Take care of that while it heals.

I do use side cutters to trim them generally, but in this instance I was cutting temporary ties from the stand and didn’t want to risk cutting the tube!

This be a good test for that knife, they claim the sharper the blade the less of a scar it leaves behind.

My buddy from Alberta dropped in for a visit after spending the day in the big city ( Vancouver ) while there had purchased a new Buck knife.

At our house Nick pulled out the knife to show me, my dad said, hey let me see that, so I pass it over to the old man and he pulls a jewellers loupe from his shirt pocket to inspect the knife.

Then he proclaims, the blade looks like a f&^ed up cross cut saw.

Man, this is what.. The 10th time you've damaged yourself in the last couple of months?

When did it all start? When I caused you to fall off the ladder?

Glad it didn't get you worse! Bunch of arteries in that area that you could've hit.

Nothing like a trip to the emergency room to get in the way of progress!  Unfortunately I’ve been there a few times throughout the years...

Stay safe Kevin🤞🏻🙏🏻
