I finally found one.

 I got lucky one day and a Red [] member new that I was looking for one:  He can chime in if he likes. Sent a pm and off I went to pick it up. All I did was use marvel to clean it up. Easy way to clean and bring back color. I think when at the factory they ran out of the side decals or the assembler put the wrong ones on.  No big deal. The bonus of this is it is the same year as the tractor. And  pretty much the same area in the state soooo you never know could be a set? Or not. I will hook it to the tractor one day to take a side shot Friday for Sparky.  Hope you enjoyed the picks and the story.

They are both 77`s Eric. By the S/n on the trailer tongue also.

That's pretty cool. 77 was actually a split year for Ohio Steel made trailers. 1976 and early 77 they had a Round tongue like the trailer Trina has.

Mine's a 77, too, i think, n nowhere near as nice, but it matches nicely with the '77 C160. Still needs lotsa work, nnalready have more in than it'll prolly ever be worth, but it's not going anywhere anytime soon!

I use marvel all the time in my gas and oil, never tried it to clean up an attachment. I have that same dump cart, not sure the year will check and try the marvel on it, I got it few years ago, love it.

12Horse Paladin Thanks for the reply. These are hard to find around here. They do not last a day on the net when you see them. I use Marvel because it is easy to use plus it protects the meatal from rusting. Thanks for the reply.

Darb1964. Thanks for the reply. These are real dump carts. Not like junk they sell today. By Ohio steel made in U.S.A.

I would agree with that in my area as well.

We have three trailers usable here. Two of them I know, are Ohio Steel brand. The third one I'm not sure but I think it is as well.

Two of the ones we have were gifts from close friends at different times. The third one I purchased right up the street and fixed it up.

They don't seem to last long for sale around here either.

I have two of the Ohio Trailer carts. I bought one three years ago with the locking tailgate .   It’s big and hauls a lot.   Seen in next to last picture when I sprayed bed with bed liner.

 

I also bought one three weeks ago that is a nice looking trailer.  I Parker it on fence next to my LTD-24 trailer.  Last pic is from the Ohio Trailer sales brochure.

Isn't there a Wheel Horse dump cart with rounded corners? I could swear my Grandpa had one when I was a kid in the early 70's.

Eric back in the day Sears sold attachments that were made very well. I sold one last year I think it was very close to this 10c.u.

@Retired Wrencher  nice pick up on that ! , just the idea of using MMO , on / in a metal anything is what you want , in your base line salvation . very simple , getting a lubricant into any metal , as opposed to rust / rot / neglect , will stop corrosion from happening . would really  also turn that over , at every angle , held in place to hold oil creep into seaming , would also , rub that down with a clean oiled cloth , no sandpaper or paint removal , anything , that would retain patina . @ tony Owens , that existing paint / overall , looks solid , pete
