Pullstart 65,150 #26 Posted June 29, 2020 @superflyoldtractorguy that’s just poor use of a welder and waste of a good washer right there! Get ‘em both running and you’ll fall in love with both of them. As mentioned... some of us tend to have a few extra tractors and plenty of parts laying around.. It's like the fix was just to get it on a trailer & money in their pocket (would still have been worth it if I paid double what I did). Hopefully the axle I have is a decent fix & spindles are OK. Oliver2-44's suggestion of a 500 series front end is being considered but not going to dwell on it. I don't think there a lot of parts available in California and will have to wait. Wow - I have the same look at my house except no barn & Classic Mini's (and a 914 GT look) - part of Wheely's duties will be pulling cars (or hulks on pallets) out into the light & shuffling them around.
