John2189 405 #1 Posted June 3, 2020 Hi. Is there a registry or stroke adjustment on this mower? The stroke is not even And it clogs up. And doesn’t cut very well.

WHX?? 46,707 #3 Posted June 3, 2020 No there is no adjustment on stroke. If your wobble box bushings are worn you will not get full length strokes and cutters must be razor sharp. Check the point where the bar connects to wobble shaft. Very common point of wear there even if kept greased. Guess I don't mean what you mean by registry???

pfrederi 17,129 #5 Posted June 3, 2020 Registry on a sickle means that the direction reverses when the section (aka cutter blade) is directly over the stone guard. Reversing direction when they are not in alignment causes jamming poor cutting etc. 1
