BBELL94 25 #27 Posted May 30, 2020 Well I got a new ignition switch, a new plug body and some Packard terminals. Wired everything up and she's running good for now. Getting 12.4 volts on the battery while running. Only thing I noticed now is with the new ignition switch, if you turn the key completely to the right until it stops the solenoid clicks and it wont crank. But if you ever so lightly ease up on the key while its pinned all the way to the right, it will start cranking and fire. Do you think this is a glitch with the ignition switch or is the solenoid starting to go?
kasey54 305 #28 Posted May 30, 2020 Good job! I'd say not the solenoid. How long have you run it?
