C165 in the UK 0 #1 Posted May 3, 2020 I’m trying to find the part numbers for the mower deck belts for my C-165. Does anyone know what they are, or their length? I think it is one belt around the pulleys on the mower, one to connect it to the pulley near the front axle and a final one to the PTO clutch. Thanks! If not the model number, what SIZE is the deck.. 36", 42" (side or rear) or 48" The deck belts are ALL identified by the deck model...not the tractor model. daveoman1966 3,841 #5 Posted May 12, 2020 I sent this earlier.... The PTO belt from tractor to the 48" deck is #102742 or 94-2501...Size is: 103" L x 0.5" W (same belt.) The DECK belt to drive the 3 spindles on the 48" deck is number 1594... Size is: 107.38" L x 0.5" W Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Aftermarket belts are not of the EXACT same geometry...too thin, thick, high, wide and and they are...generally speaking... of lesser quality. On the oither hand, being in the UK may make it cost prohibitive to have OEM belts sent across the pond. Belt 1594 can be had for $26 and belt 102742 (94-2501) is in the USA for $28.
