I have apparently acquired a kitten.

 

The dogs cornered it in the wood pile and would let off it. I had to dig it out, and currently have it in a pen in the garage with a dog bed and a towel.

 

Now I just have to figure out what to do with it. I got her to eat some grilled chicken, and left her a bowl of water, but she feels all skin and bones.

That's a wittle one. I have broken both ankles the same way. My ankles were always weak. Never could ice skate. 

Now they are so loose I can usually turn one and it barely hurts. Last week I stepped in a hole and it hurt a bit. and it's still bothering me but other stuff hurts more so I don't think about it.

I've slipped coming off the truck many times. Hazards of rough jobsites. 

We're trained often about being in 3 points of contact so I've always caught myself. Very minor issues.  

Not so good this time....

 

 

I bent this one so hard that when I first fell I had to wait a few minutes to get up and get to the truck. Luckily only a few feet. Then careful assessment and testing while I went around the rig. Took me a good 15 - 20 minutes to get back to the cab.

That is all well and good, but I am not fond of cats, and I am fairly allergic to them, so I would rather find it somewhere else to live. She does seem to be enjoying the grilled chicken bits I've been giving her.
