Kelly 1,028 #2 Posted May 3, 2009 I might have the side shields for the mower deck, looks to be pretty complete, nice score, when looking for a seat, check ebay not just for WH seats they are made by Michigan seat co. in jackson MI. and were used on lots of things, I found one on a racing sulky for a horse, other brand tractors, ect...... TT-(Moderator) 1,127 #4 Posted May 3, 2009 I'll save you from looking for the footrests too...... There were no footrests on '62/'63 Lawn Rangers - only a removable extension tube on the right side:
sorekiwi 761 #5 Posted May 3, 2009 Blank Line #7: A Kohler to replace that ferkin' Tecumseh! That looks just like mine - except better condition! Here's the thread on mine, if you want some "reference" info: Mine is almost done, I need to finish the seat, and I ended up stealing the (Kohler) engine for my mowing machine, and I havent tackled the deck yet. Looking forward to hearing of your adventures with it!!
puddlejumper 67 #6 Posted May 3, 2009 Kelly TT and mike Kelly I will PM you about the gaurds for deck.. TT thanks for the Info on the rest and peg. I was looking at mikes tractor in photo gallery. But since he gave me a link to his project site and I seen the parts manual he posted for the tractor I now see the light. His has a xtra part. It looks good though. Mike even though I agree with you totally about the techy. Have a yard full of push mowers that I tinker with and basically give away. The carbs are aggrevating to clean orifices are tight. that is what amazed me about this one purring. Knock on wood. But if at all possible she will be as original as I can keep her. Thanks guys. sorekiwi 761 #7 Posted May 3, 2009 If you join the Yahoo Manuals group - http://groups.yahoo.com/group/wheelhorsetr...yguid=312432833 you will find 2 PDF files with all the parts lists for the roundhoods. The 33R and 33E are the last tractors in the "Roundhood Part 2" manual. Further to your question yesterday about the serial # for the Tecumseh, there is another file there called "Wheelhorse ID List" which tells you what model is what, and what engine spec # is correct for that tractor. Buzz does a great job on those groups, there is a wealth of information there. I'm always surprised how much I learn when I "RTFM"!!
