ebinmaine 73,010 #2 Posted January 13, 2020 Beautiful pics.... All I can offer is 61 to 64 model years. What are the other pics of?

He's reaching for the pedal like I have to, straight legged and pointy toed. Looks like he's ready to throttle up and get going and thinking "Enough of the pics, I got some plowing to do". Ma holding the lift handle indicates she let him buy it. The snow was about 3-4 inches deep. Oh, you probably meant for the model #! Never mind. Model # needs to start with a 7 or 8. I spy a Kohler in there Edited January 13, 2020 by wallfish 1 5
953 nut 60,367 #6 Posted January 13, 2020 Three spooked steering wheel and a square seat pan, I would gouss it is a 753.
Pnptractr 35 #7 Posted January 13, 2020 Good observations ...all....specially Mr. Wallfish. And special thanks to 953 Nut for the PDF. That is great !!! This may merit an full on active search for the actual machine....last sighting was Fall of 1972 in or around mid Hudson valley. Will keep you posted.
Pullstart 67,068 #8 Posted January 13, 2020 I’ve got two round hoods, one’s Putt Putt and one’s Poppy. It looks like Sweetie Pie is holding the wheel, so we’ll have to come up with something else. @stevasaurus shared a link with me that might help, if you ever find your pa’s old (753?). Chris G 3,361 #9 Posted January 15, 2020 I'd agree on it being a 753. Gas tank is 63 or 64 but steering wheel makes me lean toward 63.
WHX?? 51,916 #10 Posted January 15, 2020 That is one classic pic dude and would be on my wall in a prominent place in a custom frame were that my Ma/Pa. Gotta love wher his hand is on the throttle ready to go and stogie hangin! My guess is a 753 but possibly a 702? Breed of horse no matter just a pic that should be hung in your house somewhere! dells68 7,499 #13 Posted January 15, 2020 Just an observation - there are only 3 lug nuts holding on the rear wheels. Which round hoods still had the three bolt hubs? That would rule out a 64 model- can’t remember on the 63’s. I’ll have to look at the 753 tranny I have and see.

Wheelhorse Wes 279 #15 Posted January 16, 2020 So it’s got a Kohler in there. 3 spoke steering wheel as everyone says...62/63 look at the manual lift cast piece....a 62 702(Kohler) doesn’t have a height adjustment knob. Look at the gentleman left knee...you can see a black adjustment knob aka makes it a 1963 753......
