I need help to I D automatic shifter plate cover

I have an older Wheel Horse automatic shifter plate cover ( two pieces plastic top and metal base) that I picked up years ago.   However I do not know what model this goes to and I know many just had a single metal plate with decals applied.  Any assistance in identifying this cover plate would be appreciated.

This is from the 1972 Charger and Bronco parts list. Looks like it may be the one.

Thanks Garry!  I did look at four or five automatics from  1965 thru 1969  and kept finding the metal plates.   

 

I will take a look at the manuals you posted!
