XLT 13 #1 Posted November 26, 2019 Think that's what it's called anyway... cracked at both mounting points. PO tried to weld one side... I rewelded botth sides, but they both cracked pretty quickly. Is this piece cast iron or something? Anyway, what years would fit this, if there are any others? Looks like I need to find one,.

prondzy 3,889 #3 Posted November 26, 2019 If you have a true 701 and the correct steering block/fan gear, it is i one year only, one model only steering block/gear, hard to find. That being said you could install a 702 block and gear and it would work

XLT 13 #6 Posted November 27, 2019 Yeah, 702 looks a little beefier in the key area. Is it steel? Or is it cast iron?
