clueless 3,165 #1 Posted November 20, 2019 (edited) Anybody ship a tractor thru Fastenal lately? A member here tried to get a quote for a tractor shipped to him, Pa. from me, Fl. He said they won't ship because of the oil and gas. I'm sure he told them that I was going to drain all the fluids before shipping. Now he is trying to find another way to ship. But if a man wants to drain all the fluids I don't see why they would not do it. About a year ago I shipped and eaten 1100 transmission they didn't give me any fuss about it. Was he going to put it on a pallet?

The Tuul Crib 7,338 #4 Posted November 20, 2019 They will blank tell you if any fluids leak out you would be paying dearly for the cleanup which is overpriced anyway .

That's what we are trying to find out. the first time I shipped one was about 6 years ago, small round hood, I'd have to do some research but I think it was less than $200.00 for about 800 miles. the second was a B80 about 250.00 for 800 miles, that was 4 years ago. Got a quote a little over 2 years ago to ship a 314h from Connecticut to me for around $330.00, I can't remember but it was over 1400 miles.
