More hood photos. Had to flare the side out to clear predator. And the fender pan I found at the big show a few years ago.

Question:

What paint system do you use? I saw a can of Rustoleum in one of the early pictures, but doubtful you are getting such good paint on the hood with a spray can. Also, did you media blast the hood prior to the gray primer, or just sand the original paint to provide some tooth?

The frame and transaxle is rustoleum, It was all sanded to bare metal then primed with auto prime then block sanded sealed and painted with base clear auto paint RM.

Just some performance upgrades for more hp and rpm.   Also to make it stronger and solve weak links.   This one will be turning way more then stock rpms

The go kart guys are getting over 11hp out of these 212 Predator engines & spinning them in the area of 7000RPMs. Tons of aftermarket parts available!!

Looks like some fun up grades on the engine @fast88pu. I enjoyed building the Predator on my Rat Rod. Did some of what you are doing but you have some cool parts there that I wish I would have added to mine.

I didn't see a box for the heavier valve springs or are those already installed?

11hp and 7k rpms is old news. Try 26+hp and 10k rpms now they are at

Valve springs are coming along with roller rockers and upgraded valves. Then I have to measure push rods and order them to length.
