RandyLittrell 3,906 #1 Posted September 27, 2019 So.....this facebook ad pops up in my feed and it has my name on a t-shirt trying to get me to buy there shirt. I think its just a little creepy, but the shirt was too cool not to share. The guys at work always called me macgyver because I could usually fix anything at work. Anyway, here is the picture!

So I had 3 months to get my weight down and I am down to 225 now and all my blood tests are good now. Not diabetic, and my blood pressure is around 110 over 70. My back and knees are still junk, but the rest of me feels much better. Randy

Been hovering around 255 260 for a few years. Should get back down more. Sometime.....

There's no such thing as "spot reducing". Losing weight is literally as simple as calories in vs calories out. Stop the carbs. Don't eat bread or any type of pasta. Switch fruits for more veggies. Eat more protein. Done.

I keep telling myself it comes with age. Though I'm not in bad shape, for the shape I'm in.
