Yup he went straight to one of the sheds then reached up onto a shelf then pulled down a carburetor for a V4 Wisconsin engine that had probably been there the last 20 years. And he would not accept any money for it, thus I'm hoping to locate a coil for his John Deere mower to reciprocate in kind. The Briggs coil I'm looking for fits these models of engine. I was reflecting on my visit with the old gent this afternoon and thought I would share in my experience, after our introductions of sharing names etc., within the next 30 seconds he asks me if I had yet eaten and if I would like a coffee. When I was a kid our Ukrainian neighbors coming over to visit always brought a bag of vegetables or a jar of preserves.
