Eb the lead buss bars are drilled through only above the cell post, drill the thickness of the buss bar no deeper.

 

Once the errant cell has been repaired or replaced you'll reuse the buss. by burning it back onto the post.

I downloaded the book from openlibrary and have been reading it, very informative. Best of all its written in plain old English.
