The flowers are beyond the sticky resin stage which imparts taste and aroma to your favorite brew, new plants are started from rhizomes. This property has been subdivided with the lots advertised as lake lots which are not selling all that well. I think three lots have sold with two houses built in the last three years. Out of curiosity chewed on a hop flower, WOW these things ar really bitter and leave an everlasting after taste in your mouth which after an hour or so becomes rather pleasant.
