This has been in the works for a couple months Scott had posted his Number on his BBQ Biz and a few months ago I left a similar message on his cell but he wouldn't BITE! What got me to give this another try was he posted in this section his new BBQ Banner sign so I thought I would give it another try being the Great prankster that I am! Remember Scott said he was going to attend this years WHCC Show,

Duke ~ Dials Scott's cell phone # this mornin.... No Answer got voice mail hung up.

Duke ~ Dials back this eve and Scotty answered.

Scott ~ Hello,,

Duke ~ Is this Scott the guy who cooks the BBQ?

Scott ~ Yes this is me?

Duke ~ Hi this is Frank Grayson I am planning a BBQ for my daughters graduation in June would you be available to cook a pig?

Scott ~ Yes I am driving in my truck right now, Could I call you back and get the details?

Duke ~ Well I just want to know if you will be available the 26th of June that is when I am going to have this, its on a Friday!

Scott ~ Why yes I will be available! That is plenty Of Lee Way To Book It In June!

Scotty and I had a nice conversation for about 1/2 hour or so till my cell phone went dead! I would have called ya back but my daughter and grand babies came over so I had to visit with them! Scotty it was a pleasure talking to you! Look Fwd to meeting you at the show! I'm sure that will give ya plenty of time for revenge! :omg:

Hmmm Well I gotta say, if it doesnt both me...and I was the one pranked... why does it bother you?

I was having a really crappy day, and while I would have rather it been a REAL call with somebody wanting me to cater a grad party... it did help brighten the day and help me chill out...

A little story from Uncle Duke: Once uppon a time there was a member on this Forum, and him and I did not see eYe to eYe on the subject of Earl... A matter of fact the subject got pretty heated at times. I told MJ on the way to the show and she knows how I am she has seen the Duke in action and she knows when I say something I mean it..... I told her there is prolly gonna be some words and it may come down to fist to cuffs.... When I met this person at the show I was greeted with open arms and we both gave each other a big HUG Today we are good friends. My point, easy to pass judgement without meeting someone once you do and look that person in the eYe you can tell more about them. A good thing became of this Scotty and I were able to develope a friendship also! :omg:
