What model?

 Looking on my local craigslist at this tractor. They have come down in price and I have been watching it. They claim it’s a 1965 with a 48 inch deck but something just doesn’t seem right to me.

Looks more like a 1967, model 1057. The 1965 was a short frame and couldn't fit a 48" under it.

The deck looks like a 42".  48s and larger have a reinforcement plate around the spindles that the belt cover bolts to. The pic on the left the deck at the rear of the trailer is a 48" and in the right pic the deck in the front is a 52" both have the reinforcement plate.

Richard it may be a 1057/1257 but wrong decal or hood was changed.

It not a 48" deck the height adjustment is always on the left. There isn't one there it's a 42" deck.
