B80 fuel line size?

Recommended Posts

slapshot

I'm gathering info and parts for the B80 (1977) of my friends, and since it's 55 miles away, I like to have as much gathered as possible when I go to work on it. I think the last thing I need is to know what size the fuel line is, and how much do I need to renew it from the gas tank to the carb? Any suggestions as to type? Thanks for all your help! These are neat tractors! BTW, he's buying a new battery for it this week...

I don't use rubber anymore.

We don't use ethanol gasoline in any of our own machines. Every once in awhile I help someone fix theirs and I don't know if they use ethanol. That's why I've stopped using rubber fuel line.

I've switched over to a blue see-through hose I buy from Lincoln at A To Z. You can also use yellow tygon.

Tygon or other see-through gasoline safe tubing would be available at a lot of auto parts stores or small engine repair shops.
