Will 520h parts interchange with a 414-8

I am going to look at a 520 H that has been labeled a parts tractor that is nearly complete. I have a 414-8 and am most interested in the deck for parts. I have read about front axle swaps but how many other parts would be interchangeable?

Just about everything can be crossed over.  Decks and deck parts mostly are interchangeable but you can't install a 60" on a unmodified 414, or a 42" side discharge on a 520.

The deck will fit  if it's a 48". The only sheet metal that I'm sure will be the same is the rear fender.  The early 520's did not the extended front axle or geared steering.

You can run a 42" deck on a 520 if you switch to 7.5 inch rear rims and 8.5 or 9.5 width rear tires.
