1045tq 1 #1 Posted May 20, 2019 I am wondering if the part number that most of the parts diagrams list for the wheel horse 416H tractor, for the air filter, is a misprint or something? It shows item 3&4 as the filter and prefilter But under the discription it says air cleaner element and guard stationary looks like the prefilter is 10176 and not sure what the filter is? gwest_ca-(File Mod) 11,285 #2 Posted May 21, 2019 Try here https://www.partstree.com/parts/search/models/?searchTerm=416-h The NN numbers are Onan part numbers. Both filters named elements Garry
1045tq 1 #3 Posted May 21, 2019 That looks the same as all the diagrams I have looked at, When you click on more details it shows a picture of the pre filter. for $12.98 or something, so is this really the filter and pre filter?
gwest_ca-(File Mod) 11,285 #4 Posted May 21, 2019 Here is the main filter https://www.partstree.com/parts/toro/parts/nn10774/ Garry

1045tq 1 #6 Posted May 21, 2019 So anyway, what are you guy's using for replacement air filters? Is there good/bad aftermarket, best one to get, not to get?
gwest_ca-(File Mod) 11,285 #7 Posted May 21, 2019 You are correct. I looked at 1990 and 1997 and they both used the same filters so assumed the rest would also. 1991 to at least 1995 show the guard which is the screen over the flywheel. That is a mistake. https://www.partstree.com/parts/search/models/?searchTerm=416-h The Stens replacements are here and include other OEM part numbers to help you find replacements. https://www.bantasaw.com/catalog/viewproduct.asp?i=&p=22 All the major suppliers will have a replacement - Fram, Wix, Hastings, Purolator, Napa Garry
1045tq 1 #8 Posted May 21, 2019 Guess I'm still a little confused, is the part number supposed to be nn10174 or nn10774? or are they the same or combination of both the pre filter and the filter?

NN10174 - Guard NN10774 - Filter Have to go back to 1990 to find a correct parts list https://www.partstree.com/parts/toro/mowers-lawn-garden-tractor/41-16oe01-416-h-toro-416-h-garden-tractor-1990/air-cleaner/ Garry
