I'm surprised no one showed up with a Citroen 2CV - one of those could probably handle anything that course could offer with the right tires.

The Mazda MX5 did. Cleared the section. As for tyres, Mike. Road tyres only.

Very ice TR4 BTW Jabelman.

During the 80's you couldn't get an import car to make it to the corner deli over here, and you guys are out hill climbing them!

Think it had something to do with "The Prince of Darkness" Joseph Lucas! :)

Hey Stormin!   Are those true Austins or reproductions?

True Austin 7's. 750c side valve engine. The grey saloon is a '50s Ford Anglia. Engine either a 993cc or 1173cc side valve.

BTW. The Fords driver was a woman. Husband and two children in the back.:handgestures-thumbup:

Neat cars until you are driving on the autobahn at 190k and a 2CV pulls out in front of you

LOL - the one thing they weren't known for was quick acceleration, but they could handle a plowed field like a boss....

Google Lomax cars. They use 2CV engines in a really nice Morgan type 3 wheeler.
