I really like what you have done so far. The roof is a great idea, keeps sun and rain off of you while working.

Good day work is done...

Firstly i reworked the Battery Terminalsimage.jpeg.2deee7103ee6a9bc6bb746eb8f11e3b7.jpeg

looks much nicer and more savety shortened also the pos. Wire again at 10cm.

less resistance.

image.jpeg.bd059d7ab06573cbbec0790a40b9439a.jpeg

then i also reworked the Ground Terminal.

image.jpeg.a7e7d04774d45bae46bea239c0973902.jpeg

given the Startersolenoid also a new Connector, was not propperly crimped.

bind all wires to a harness and clean it up

image.jpeg.58c0253c484cb6f0abce83d254303087.jpeg

While cabeling is done i searching for a hole for the C2 Light..

image.jpeg.a2e402c47d1dd98ed5d7b499b1bda930.jpeg

found a Light that fits above the Flasher Switch, i think sensfully Place for it..

put my Trailer on and Check all lights.

All works perfect, sooo lets do a Testride in it's real Habitat....

so quick to the Owner of the Forrest, if he allows me to drive thru.

Yap, you can, but please have a look and inform me where are huge Stormdamages if you see some.

Ok, i'll take a look....

image.jpeg.d90947098d24e827656b56b65c5a7fd0.jpeg

The Testride looks good so far, 2 Hrs ride and have some fun...

Firstly 2WD, later 4 WD fantastic, where this buddy climbs..

this ricefield Tyres make deep impacts on normal grass, but they have a ultimate grip uphill.

Think i will keep them.

image.jpeg.6d7e18600818654eb2e8b25f2b17e667.jpeg

After that first ride i asekd him for collecting some firewood and told him, there are several Stormdamages and one wich is maybe critical.

He meant if you block the Way for walkers on that section, yes you can collect, firewood, also Stomdamages if you like...

he looks at me and meant

"you can grab all what is Horizontal... as long as you can bring it yourself out of the Forrest..🤓

Your Chainsaw is just allowed to shorten wood, 😅  prohibited is to cut any Tree. 😂"

Ok, he maybe knows me very well,

but he knows also i'm honest in promises.

....or it was maybe not my best idea to ask that, with my Chainsaw in Hands...😂 Who knows...

image.jpeg.b0e04526f601a69cfe4060186f5a5f92.jpeg

Oh,  found some Firewood, i can have it, if i can get it out.....😂😂😂

with no use of Chainsaw to cut - only Storm damages.. I have just to shortened...

Yeeeeeeeeeees 😎

while we are very country and i allway's helped if needed,

i think i get this freedom.

additionaly i do the most Winter Service voluntary with my small Wheelhorse with the FEL.

Arround our house i must, but i also clean neighbors entrance, because i have Fun with.

That was also an issue that impresses him, so he saves some time and i got areal to play if needed.

A classical Win win situation...😎

Independently i ask ahead, thats allway's the right Way.

Hey Kevin, thanks for your wishes.

My Back heals continousely, but it needs it's time.

what a luck, that i have my Wheelhorse with FEL, so i don't must carry heavy things

and are able to save my Back. (Think i did mentioned, i love my little Wheelhorse)

I Was yesterday at TÜV (German Road Safety Company) for a proof of concept ahead to get my "Beast" Road Legal.

Talking with a nice Guy at the TÜV and we do some conversation about, what i need to bring on Data for them,

to make it easy and maybe a bit cheaper. A basic Certification will be about 600€.

So far all looks good, because it is clear, that this was not a machine wich will be used for travelling Miles....

Writing a Mail to Iseki Japan, to get the loosing Info's i needed.

Most important is a simple confirm, that the Make of my Tractor in combination was definitely before 1980

(the Serial tells it was a 1978 er Build but i have this not realy confirmed)

I honestly hope they answers quick and confirm my Tractor.

After that, it was just some Paperworks, that's the actual State.👍

Timeframe actual i have for Sparetime to build my new FEL is a bit short, while in Office we have a lot of Work.

Camper Season has begun and we have additionally a very Cool Project now with a damn hard Timeline.

Because of my Back, i'm bit slower than normal but still in Business...😎

So i have to compensate my timeline.

but all will be good!

Ahead of TÜV i did some real hardcore tests with my Beast, to see if anything fails,

therefore i ordered a Plough, but it was bit huge and wont fit in any mountingpoint i have.

So i decide to reworke one of my 2 3Point's for usability with the "newbie" in the herd with that....

image.jpeg.c5aac617d566641a30842c0056ff2c13.jpeg

Rect. Steel pipe 7x7cm 80cm wide.

The 80cm brings the option to mount eventually a second plough or different larger items.

It seems to be a fantastic Basement for a universal Mounting platform

Then i found a week before a 3Point for few bucks,  i reworked with 2 additional smaller Mountpoints, that it will be able to mount different setups to my little Tractor.

That was my Base, i used for...image.jpeg.97cc4bdaccf9853aa1ef4a68d78ddc41.jpeg

measuring 2 Lines from the Baseplate and added 5cm for the next Line.

then i get the Middle and marked it also.

Finaly i combined the lines and cutted with the Flex (it was quicker to reach, than the Plasma)

image.jpeg.4b8edcf525872d00fdec8664ab1f368c.jpeg

So i have the basement for my work and put the 7x7cm thick Pipe in the Cutted area, - it fits....

image.jpeg.72529e8271512923f83f5c9017f52899.jpeg

So i imagine my universal Mounting Platform,

then i welded it and while i'm in a hurry, i just blast bit color on it.

then i have a small coffeebreak, that the paint can dry.

A missed day is horrible, but nothing comes up without Coffee.😎

Now i have my universal platform as i like.

organized 2 additional Bars, for a Rear Fork.

With them mounted i'm able to move Palettes with rear Lift.

Driving quick home and see, it my construct fits on the Tractor.

Yap, it does and it looks as it where especially made for that little Beast.

image.jpeg.f585141c5bfa21734f74363376195630.jpeg

It was not me, if i didn't try immediately my work, so i mounted it and do a "quick testplogh"....

ok, maybe a bit more as a simple testplogh... Maybe ...

image.jpeg.831f3eb69e1c6228d5c05095b3c07dda.jpeg

Ok, honestly i have a lot of Fun...

Stuck? Yes if i try it just by 2WD and plough in fully depth 25cm it diggs sometimes by one Wheel

but with differential lock, it will straight pull, but steering is strong, better to try another row...

Also next row just in 4WD, without diff lock and - whow, how simple that works.... Love it....

no effort for the Beast and fun for me.

immediately another row.... Upps, again....

hahaha.

image.jpeg.b6f396f49a13d87b1ec01fca361c9338.jpeg

Oh, rows are finished, ok, try it again, to mixing the results better

image.jpeg.e0e3ff3fde9f829e15e7b13a483fc822.jpeg

Heeeey, looks much better than before, 😂😂

I wanna bring this area to a potatoe patch, but without chemicals at all.

asing before several Farmers, they work with vegetables, how they will do.

Sometimes i hear "use roundup" then wait few weeks, then seed.

I didn't wanna do this, no Cemical where i plant my Meals at all.

so i asking for Advices  from my Neighbours, the dont be very familar with vegetables but i get two ineresting options.

I wanna do it just with machines, i have.

our Farmers offers me some help, but i like to do it myself, with my machines - just need a bit of Guidance, how to prepare the floor.

i have : a beasty little Tractor and a tiller (actual without engine, because it's to worn)

The Tillerengine want run, while ignition Coil is damaged (had another one to improvise but

the Outlet Valve wan't close as needed to combustion, so it have no usable combustion.

The Engine was several years outside without a Sparkplug.....

A new Engine is much cheaper than the original Spareparts for that old Engine.

-a simple Calculation to me, order a new Engine-

aaah, didn't tell even i have a small Wheelhorse with FEL, what i need urgently to transport compost

to my small Field until my big FEL was finally Build.

So about Hardware, i think i'm good prepared.

Two way's you can do that,

once remove upper line with all grass and grassroots,

get fresh earth from a Garden Center and fill up your area.

depends on how large you Wanna do, this can be expensive.

if you not really in a hurry, plogh, then dig over by an motor tiller,

Do this every 2 weeks, until all grassroots are gone and no grass comes up within that two weeks.

then continoue another few weeks and enlarge slowly the timespan.

it needs about 5-6 months until all grass and most grassroots are gone,

then you can try to seed, or you wait for the next season to plant - just prepare this season your floor.

what give you a longer and natural floor....

the last option sounds good for me, i decided i want try this last option.

Any advices or hints in grass control is gratefully accepted.

Upgrade no.36 i guess..

Build today the quickmount Rearfork.

image.jpeg.1ec81d1eca6ac6fb72792681e027cb03.jpeg

Therefore i simply use 2 Steelbar's i have allready and drill few Holes in.

with thicker Washers among them i was able to quick mount/dismount and it carry's calculated 300Kg.

Thats enough for what i need.

image.jpeg.7df9885651d8ec4d766797d6d131ef5a.jpeg

At my tests i found Out, that it is also a very useful Workbench outside..😎

So i'm able to carry palettes, a Platform or even a gridbox.

mount/dismount takes just 1min.

after that i do a closer inspection on my Tractor and found, that the Fuelpump dribbs a bit of Diesel.

just few dribbs after the run of 45 min, but it is too much for me.

I would like to found the Reason for, because the Screws are all tighten.

Someone will tell it "as just a bit Sweat" but i wanna Accept that.

image.jpeg.c4a1019858ea7ef447314e72028f1b2d.jpeg

See the left side it's Screw, this is happen after Engine Start.

I'll think the Seat must be cleaned again and Gasket has maybe changed to fix that.

I called yesterday the Custom, because i didn't imagine, that the Engine comes from outside Germany.

The good thing was i don't have to pay additional Fee's because Luxembourg is EU.

So no Custom is needed to pay additional, Puuuhh.

The Tillerengine is still on the Way, honestly curious when it arrives.

At this time i still must be patient.

a hard Time for me....😎

That makes something much more easier for me !

Shall get also a Original Nameplate to fair cost.

So here it's now official a Oldtimer (Historical Vehicle).

Sooo Gentlemen, my new Tillerengine was today delivered and is now allready mounted.

sorry no pics today, because its too dark and it's raining.

Firstly unboxed.

a yellow Fueltank grins at my Face.

100.000.000.000 Safety Stickers are felt on the Engine.

Then i grab my Old Tiller -a Gutbrod Brand MB60-30 was the Type and placing the new Engine on it.

Then i put in the Screws and mounted the Engine - all Screws fits, no troubles.

Then i make a new Clutchwire from a spare Choke wire, because the old was rusted and doesn't move in any Way.

I additionally changed the Bearing in the Beltclutch, because the old one scratches - no good feeling about.

Filled up 0,6L Oil and Gasoline and pull the Choke. It fires immediately And the short "testrun" i think it runs fine.

It runs very smooth and the Clutch works as expected, but then it started to Rain,

so a "testtiller" was just very Short in idle possible.

curious how that little Thing will work.

The Original Engine has 3HP, the new one has 6,5 HP.

so if needed, i will change the PTO Pulley, but firstly try it as it is.

Hope it stops now rain, so i can sharpened the Blades and do a bigger Testrun.

Rain stops short, use it for Pics...

You are repairing old equipment making it new. I like the way you think. You should try to come to the BIG Show in Pennsylvania USA one of these years . I think you would enjoy meeting the people and see all the Wheel Horse Tractors.

Could be maybe a bit Dangerous for me..😎

I tend to collect... 😇

I like the Way keep old Things and bring it back to run.

I honestly love it, to give things a second Life, especially if they elder.

Sometimes i just repair them, sometimes i search for a good way inbetween.

It depends on several issues, like costeffective, usability and my personal possibilities,

to rework them or keep it back in Work by simply exchange few Parts.

Important for me is mainly the functionality, the second is the 100% original parts.

If original Parts are more expensive that a new or reworked Part, i rethinkin if it's worth to do that, then i just make it.

That simple 😎

Hi fellas,

Good news, got today a original Nameplate from ISEKI for my Tractor

cooooool😎

Just have to install on my Tractor.

Because of no Rain now, i try my Tiller in real Work - if and how it works.

Firstly without sharpening Blades ahead.

A bit more speed on the Blades was a wish, but let's see.

image.jpeg.024e7826e6b353c8c53e4feb9deec3af.jpeg

I just "try" it for 1 1/2 hour and yes, it Works.😂

Yes, it is work, my Tiller fights with some Grass and Roots, but i have also a lot of Fun with.

image.jpeg.c713dfde55030dab88e57af6f23a12c7.jpeg

it hacks the grass, but not good enough for me, i'm sure it works better when it's sharpened.

The result is for first tilling was better than i expected. 👍😇

The new Engine started easy.

Choke in  fuel on and a light Pull, it runns immediately very smooth after push the choke.

I let it run about 30 sec. to preheat, then Full Throttle and Tilling.

I didn't have honestly a compare to the old Originalengine, but the Engine seems not to run under any Load or pained.

Just A few regulations on spin was heared.

The Pull force is enough, that i can pull myself over the Field.

just by lifting and smoothly drop down it can be handled at first time Tilling.

The second run was more easy to control that raging something.

The double of Enginepower was a good idea.

Maybe the Blades can be a bit larger to dig deeper, but im fine with and the Floor is now fine crumbled.

just a few Grasslumbs fighting against the Tiller, but maybe next time if Blade sharpened, they lost.

otherwise i will remove them.

I'm definitely satisfied with the result.

image.jpeg.2954637f3afa25023e05160c02064c10.jpeg

Passing three times each row and will continoue this now every 2weeks to hack all the grassroots.

I'm not a Farmer, so I'm Curious if this will work with my little machines.

inbetween i will plogh every time a bit deeper than immediately Tilling.

My Goal is 30 cm deep.

That's my plan to prepare my small Field.

Greets fellas.

Doing some Seat time on my Wheel Horse today...

Begun first with my Tiller, working for 1/12 hour, but the Field looks nearly the same as last time.

so i decided to remove the whole grassroots. Quick to the Store, buy 2 rakes.

you know fellas, i love applications on quickmount, so i reworked quick my FEL, to use it as large Rake.

image.jpeg.cd58f46b766e68eb77b7d95a5f31ba37.jpeg

image.jpeg.368cf6b5a38c27c0ec561bc47db3e09a.jpeg

then i rake the whole field, first the lenght, then the cross.

image.jpeg.e0d2a8a2916f9fef0b04678d26e64d7b.jpeg

after doing that i remove several shovels of grassroots to the neighbours manure heap.

using therfore the FEL with dismounted rake.

image.jpeg.ae6d927663164ed4f9983565371bf1a5.jpeg

image.jpeg.64c2877bd1b01b06bd3b0eedd91c8225.jpeg

Driven with the filled Shovel about 1Km on the Road, just ignore the possible troubles with Police...

because the Beast is finaly in rework (new lights) and no FEL actual is on, i choose today the Tiller and my beloved Horse.

image.jpeg.2f9edc8201f88ccd4427fddb12d74b81.jpeg

then i remount again and remove my Tyre impacts in the Field by driving return with rake down.

the result looks pretty nice.

image.jpeg.e993ae8316a56394167158dc18748a11.jpeg

With some rest of grassroots, i filled few parts in the areal arround my fiels and behind my Car,

even some mole holes.

I love to do things with my Horse, even if it's slower than the Beast.

We drove several Shovels full of grass with roots to different locations.

at least i seed some grass behind my car, to get again a nice grassfield to mow...

Succeeded day with nice result.

Beats sawing up logs and stacking. That's what I've been doing most of the day. Did get the Sears out to move the saw bench and when finished went for a ride down the bridleway. Couple of nice big tree limbs down there to bring home one day. :)

Why not using the machines i have in a Way, to make work comfortable for me ?

Found today after work by closer inspection the first hairrips (about 2mm) on my FEL, they directly in the Seams.

Honestly no wonder for me, for that work i did with, it wasn’t ever calculated,

otherwise i had to reinforce the Sems with some Material.

Im just wondered and be proud, that it last that long without big damages until now.

Its Winteraction was fantastic and help and solved me a lot of troubles and Pain.

It was just made from Aircraft aluminum, without reinforcement at the Welding Seams,

so the begining hair rips are not a fail for me, they are just consequences i just had expected earlier.

The work today with FEL was the brutforced’st Work i ever did with the FEL.

The Frontaxle only need some grease and it will be still fine, yes a bit wear can be felt, but that‘s fine.

The Ride - on the Road was the best Issue in the whole Actions today.😂

Singin country Roads while drivong onthe Street... 😇😂
