Pullstart 59,644 #76 Posted January 18, 2019 This morning, I started sautéing some chopped onions in avocado oil, cracked the eggs in a bowl and sliced some pepperoni into the eggs. Little (lots) of black pepper, crushed red pepper, and some pink Himalayan heals everything that ales yah’ salt. Once the eggs were mixed, the onions were browned and ready for the final pour. That was indeed pretty alright. on the plus side of keto, my wife said this morning that I’ve been cooking quite well lately. Something like “everything’s been excellent,” I’ll take that as a win, even though it means “I was just really hungry so I ate what you made.” 2 1 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Pullstart 59,644 #81 Posted May 18, 2020 We have a subscription to “Imperfect Foods”, a company that sells food items that aren’t the right size or shape, or might be close to expiration, etc that the stores would just toss or reject. It’s a random box that comes weekly and is quite a bit of fun to see what creations can come of our box before it does go bad. We have an unbelievable amount of avocado and onion this week. I sautéed some onion, tossed in some garlic and made a bed for my morning eggs.
