Pullstart

We went from a piece of steel to a new dash panel.  Wiring is complete, it’s almost show ready!

Yes indeed!  One on the power wire from the positive lug to the electrical panel, and another on the charge side of the circuit!

And don't repeat the mistake I made of putting a 15 amp fuse on the 15 amp charging circuit.         :hide:         That didn't hold up too long.

@p38js  like your thinkin , on those pulleys , typically fail  due to small bearing  and  incorrect lubrication , the related linkage arm , blow out is telling / showing you  binding , excessive  vibration , due to bearing hang up , have made up , combinations of pulleys , similar  size / type , with larger bearings , hi temp / polyurea grease , T/S pulley isle often has  a good selection , very easy to paint red / black . like your , wiring , split protection wraps , use them often . lso like  contractor  bolt on cable ground connections , makes for safe / solid  wiring gains .  bearing / pulley  buzzing is telling you of  bearing incremental , binding , areas , that have been corrected operate , silently / smoothly , also regularly , add a spring  to  linkage connection areas , my personal , paint preference , is era correct patina , often refer tp a penetrating oil  soak down , to hold and feed , neglected paint , let sit days / weeks , wipe down with mineral oil , for age holding  vintage look , have also buffed out , recovered paint  , to clean shine , experiment , pete
