T-Mo-(Moderator) 4,599 #12 Posted April 6, 2009 Did you read the reviews on it? 2.4 stars out of a possible 5 I'd read them and keep looking. It's been awhile, but I have used this jump starter several times already and I'm very pleased with it. Like most reviews, you can't believe everything you read. <_<
Buzz 502 #13 Posted April 6, 2009 Glad it's working out for you because I'm in the market for one now Might have to take another look at it.
stevebo-(Moderator) 8,527 #14 Posted April 6, 2009 Perry, Go to Home Depot and exchange it for a new one. If they tell you no, ask for a store manager and if he/she says they will not take it back ask for the number to Atlanta (corporate headquarters). They will do the right thing for you. A charger that is only two years old is just not right! Darn HD sells junk. I had mine do the same thing and they took it back after the same routine. Good luck-

KyBlue 655 #18 Posted April 6, 2009 Go to Lowes. Lowes...Booooo!!! I hate them about like Wal Mart... Do okay for the do it yerselfer, but dont go in and ask for anything complicated...like Bridge Clips... Not a fun experience!
Duff 206 #19 Posted April 6, 2009 dont go in and ask for anything complicated...like Bridge Clips... OK, Scott - I'll put myself up for the 2009 dumb-a** of the year award! What is a "bridge clip"? The only thing I can think of is the double "u" clip used on plywood panels so they don't bow along the unsupported joint in between rafters or floor joists. OK guys...you may now LYA's off!
