I will see your spinal fusion and raise you two knee replacements! LOL I really think I have had arthritis since i was a kid, plus I have been an auto glass tech for over 30 years and its pretty hard on your hands and shoulders. I wish I enjoyed winter, its great you do!! I had them take bone out of my hip, I just didn't like the sound of cadaver bone! Randy
Machineguy 876 #5 Posted September 8, 2018 (edited) Yeah, here it’s been 90+ for weeks with 60+ humidity and I’m miserable. I plowed snow with my Dad for years commercially and loved it. I had to give that and commercial mowing up due to my problems. I love snow removal and mowing. Just on a smaller scale nowadays. I might have sounded a bit snippy there after reading again. All good Randy Edited September 8, 2018 by Machineguy

Ouch, Bob, my discs are just compressed pinching the nerves...snow removal aye? How's about dad at 80 on the Kioti with my JD conversion front 4 way hydraulic blade...or using his 1450 Cub Cadet...or 1 of my 520s on plow duty...or the anniversary 520 on blower duty... 5

The Tuul Crib 7,332 #22 Posted September 8, 2018 Usually here in the mid south we don't get this much snow! This was a couple years back which was 10 inches. Wish I would have had my WH back then! I'm ready now. Bring it!! 2

Wish I would have had my WH back then! I'm ready now. Bring it!! Beautiful! We get snow in cycles here in the mountains of SW Va. Seems like we get a hard winter every 7 years with lots of snow. Then it tapers off to almost nothing the years following. This is the year we should get another rough one!! I’m ready too buddy! Growing up my Dad had a mowing and snow removal business. He was a fireman for 36 years and every day he was off we mowed or moved snow depending on the season. He’s retired and with my career and neck issues we let go of the business. When I was young I wanted a little tractor with a blade but it was all about making the $$ for Dad. Now that I’ve only got to worry with my driveway now I can have fun with it and not spend16 hours in a big plow truck! I can’t wait for snow now!!! T-Mo-(Moderator) 4,369 #25 Posted September 8, 2018 I'm with Randy, snow and the cold of the winter can stay away. As for me, I would rather look at the snow removal pictures than have to actually remove snow. 2 1
