Changing the fluid in tranny

 I've been searching through my toolbox for an Allen wrench to fit the drain plug on the transmission and I found a plumbing tool I had which fit perfect with plenty of tourqe .Check this one out !

Ah, a seat wrench, good tool and you found a new use for it :music-rockon:

 

Does anyone change seats in faucets any more :think:

 Well this wrench hasn't seen a whole lot of homework but it sure felt good on that transmission plug ye ha!

most of the new faucets have cartridges made in china that are supposed to  control and flow water. they are junk, and don't last long, why is that so familiar today? then again if you don't have  NOS spare parts for your old stuff you will be changing over to Chinese junk, chasing your tail , pete

 I agree with you Pete.  It's like these old tractors. You can search for the old plumbing and repair and restore and pardon the expression but the stuff you buy now days is not worth a s...!

 Anyone know how to add transmission fluid to the four. Speed There's no dipstick All there is, is a plug on the left side of the tranny.

The plug on the left side is the fill hole. You fill it until it reaches the threads inside. Or until it flows out, if you aren't paying attention :D
