ebinmaine 74,934 #24986 Posted Saturday at 09:43 PM LOTS of stuff done today. The BBT and her momma processed more firewood. Several loads brought up from down back by the garden. Cut. Split. Stacked. She and I both worked on finishing up the disassembly of the 520H parts tractor. This induction heater is THE cat's meeeyoww. I got the plow, frame, and rear bracket off the Workhorse GT1800. That tractor is in the workshop space now for maintenance. @OldWorkHorse has expressed interest in owning it. It'll get a carb cleaning and someother work done first. I flipped the cutting edge on the plow I took off of that tractor. It's been worn off and redrilled in the past. Worn off again. Now flipped. After that I reorganized the tractor storage portable garage to get the snow machines to the front. Trina dropped the oil outta the Ariens Commercial walk behind snowblower. I'll be installing the plow sides I got from @Joe M 2 1/2 years ago. That will be a 42" wide scoop. For now... in my 1975 C160 Automatic. If I can find time I'll be installing the hydro lift assist on The Ugly Bruce 1978/9 C121 and swapping the scooper to that. If that happens I'll install the Two Stage snowblower on the C160 Automatic.... 3

Lagersolut 764 #24989 Posted Sunday at 05:23 PM Getting there - front is done ( LED ) - had a crack in the one headlight housing fixed with Loc Tite pro series power grab construction adhesive and aluminum flat stock had on the shelf - not the prettiest repair - I've used this adhesive another time and its better and stronger than JB in my opinion after its cured - had a drop fall on the hood awhile back didnt see it until it cured - still there because I think it would damage the hood getting it off - spot light(s) are wired with connections in the hood for easy removal when it doesn't get dark at 5pm and on their own switch - mag mounted light can go up or down - left or right on the hinge -flood right over the top of blower - I'll post the rear when its wired and done

Ed Kennell 43,322 #24997 Posted 7 hours ago Welded a new bolting edge to the $45 plow I picked up last week. The edge was worn half way thru a couple of the bolts. I don't understand why we let this happen. I do like the way he fixed this problem. Now I have a warm weather and a cold weather plow machine. 6
Bar Nuthin 1,602 #24998 Posted 4 hours ago (edited) Finally got the ass end put back together on old Johnny Cash. Only one tiny drip that I think may be coming from the input shaft. But the transaxle case is looking good. And it moves, so there's still some hope! One thing that has me puzzled is this parking brake lever. I may need to take the belt guard off of my C-120 and have a look at it. It's no wonder the parking pawl on all these early hydros are destroyed. That happens because people don't come to a full stop before engagement of the brake. The older "loop style" pawl is pretty delicate. If ya need one, lemme know...

I'm just perplexed as to how the lever is supposed to disengage it when it doesn't even touch it. I'll probably tear down my C-120 and have a look at it and see if I'm overlooking something.
