Never done it before...from a 1976 c-160, unmolested pump and motor. Surprisingly good condition for being 50 y/o. Cleaned up nicely. 320, 600, 1000 grit. A few dimples but should be strong. Tuneup 1,452 #23911 Posted June 12 The '76 C120, a rescue and in the shed for years, is finally getting to work again. Went through the engine and trans long ago. The 42RD is clean and on new bearings. It does look its age and has had a hard life. Label says it was purchased in Joplin MO. Handed down a generation - the boys fully expect it to never give up and the meadow can use a mow. Don't blame the bros for not mowing. Found a calculator, assumed the tractor was a solid cube weighing approx 800 lbs with a 3x5 cross section. Terminal velocity is 142 mph.
