They aren't bent any tighter than the factory setup, and while the hoses and fittings are rated for 5800 psi, this is a 700 psi system. I don't see any problems.

Yesterday I got some good shop time. I made up some metal blanking plates to put in place of the aluminum head when I sandblast a block.

I also make some plates to cover the carb and fuel pump openings but didn’t have a pic of them. 

I have a good rebuildable K301 that had been sitting outdoors for several years. All the magnets were loose when I pulled the flywheel. So after blasting & priming the flywheel I setup to reattach them with PC 7 epoxy. I checked 2 other flywheels to get how far to space them down from the edge and measured 0.190 to 0.240 ths. They were not very precise or even at all. So I set mine down 0.200.  
For the spacing between the magnets I took a corn dog stick and made a go/ no go width on each end  @ebinmaine I'll tag you since you'll be doing this soon.

(Yes 3 of the grandkids were here for a few days this week because their Mom had Covid, she’s better after 6 days). 
I thinly buttered the back of the magnets with the PC7, pressed them firmly on and wiggled them to work the epoxy into the cast iron.  Then I used a piece of plastic to check them to be level across the ends 

I’ve previously bought a couple of brands of heavy 10 mil black rubber work gloves that were fair to junk. I recently bought these off eBay and they really hold up and I can actually take them off and reuse them. 

As my 18 month old granddaughter says "All Done"

bought a new 857 with implements hooked up the single plow and went to town on a rough spot in my yard little 8hp kohler stood me straight up in the air once today lol she was trying to buck me off but i just goosed her and ripped out some old ivy vine growing in there.

I tried the Linseed oil treatment on my hood and fenders after scrubbing them with water and SOS pads.  I really like the way it came out!

Ever try flood penetrol?  Similar results but lasts a lot longer

Used that on all our old fiberglass boats… works wonders… makes the color pop back out… Don’t have any patina tractors so curious to see how it works on metal…

Got the big tractor out for this snowfall of January 18.

 

 

 

Much as I love my Wheel Horse for clearing snow, it sure is nice to sit in a nice heated cab and blow 6' at a time.

 

January 20 we had a smaller snowfall and I used the 520HC with a blade to clear.

The blade actually leaves the driveway much nicer than the blower does.

Most certainly.

 

Anything more than maybe four or five inches sticky snow or six to eight inches fluffy stuff and we use the walk behind snowblower first, then come by and scrape the driveway with the plows.

I had it set high in that video to help with gravel throwing.

Driveway has a nice hard base now so I can lower it.

That Blower is very heavy and will dig in until a hard base is formed.

 

Tractor is a DongFeng 304G2 that has a 30 HP 3 cyl 1.8L diesel engine.

Blower is a BE 72" 2 stage.

 

Tractor is fairly heavy at 5500 lbs with the loaded tires, cab, and loader.

Blower is another 700 lbs.

 

This is the first time it has been used this year as it only comes out for big snows after the ground is frozen.

Sitting looking backwards is not too bad because there is a lot of room in that cab.

Also when you are clearing 6' at a time it does not take very long.

 

Biggest issue is the lack of a rear wiper so you have to get out and wipe off the back window occasionally.
