Same here. I have a dedicated "lawnmower" (Scag) for mowing. My Wheel Horses do the other work, and back up the zero turn as needed. No sense wearing them out with a mower. I want them to last at least as long as I do...

We only use a push mower

Same here...

JD Zero turn, now a '95 JD... (of which I will be updating the status soon over here):

I don't even have a mowing deck on HellHorse... and don't want one... :laughing-rolling:

JD says "it's not how fast you mow... it's how well you mow fast."

If I had a mowing deck on HellHorse... I would be mowing VERY FAST indeed... :laughing-rofl:

WHAT WHAT WHAT? :eusa-think:

PUSH MOWER? :snooty:

I saw a Eric slumped over his push mower... crying his eyes out. He told me that he’d be fine, he’s just going through a rough patch. :laughing-rolling:

Clearly the WH prepped the land and everything…so why was the Green Giant there? Moral support?

@AMC RULES that honda set up looks awesome !  think its the way to go , for a repower , solid performance, did a total clear vinyl fuel rated hose change out today ,  on a 91 ,c12 . hose was getting hard , ran it thru a spiral wrap , wire protector , with hanger mounts , for a no chafing fit.  have an ignition switch wire harness coming in , to cover erratic charging. found a split and somewhat fried connector . just staying after what ever , that honda looks like it was made or it , pete

@ebinmaine  , ITS ALIVE !  just did another fuel check valve and vinyl fuel hose , when you do yours , something that is very obvious is the quick backing off of choke to start . idling is better without touching anything , did my usual cable wrapping of  both fuel hose and related wiring , to secure and neaten up the entire set up . use those flat nose plyers with those spring clamps . that dielectric grease lets you screw on those fuel filters and check valve . spring clamp should be almost size to size on outside of fuel hose , making for a no leak fit. amazing instant starts , the standing hold of the fuel delivery is the no back flow of fuel before pump , its always there . you are going to love it , pete

 I saw the trailer but couldn’t tell what was in it. The moral support is the WH doesn’t have the crappiest job!

I fastened the newly rebuilt carb to the K341 on the C160 Automatic.

Still waiting for my new check valves to arrive. Not sure if I'll finish it up or wait ..... :techie-hourglass:

The Paint Department finished up spraying 2 coats of Ace IH Red on our traction arsenal for this winter.  360 lbs of rolling pusher downers there.

FYI. This paint is BBT approved.

I'd throw some SprayMax clear coat on there...

You PJ will last a lot longer...

I agree noting fades faster than red and yellow. unless it is going to be stored inside it is needed,

These weights will be beat up pretty badly by spring.

We'll likely do a proper wire brush/repaint them later.

That clear is certainly interesting.

We have a few upcoming paint projects I've been wanting to try getting a little more smooth and precise.

Yep, it dries extremely hard... much harder than any other rattle-can clear coat.

Plus, it is fuel proof!

I am fortunate enough to have a mini auto body shop (24x26) in my back yard. I only work part time now so these tractors let me enjoy tinkering with simple no tech mechanical machines.  I really hate new cars
