Pullstart 69,553 #1328 Posted February 6, 2025 Miles is usually a pretty funny guy. Now he’s a financial genius! I tried the new truck thing, twice. No fun at the end of the loading up 4 Wheel Horses day… 1 2 1
8ntruck 8,740 #1329 Posted May 8, 2025 I don't remember if I've posted a picture of my ugly orange C10 here before. If not, here it is. If I have, enjoy another picture: 2 6

8ntruck 8,740 #1333 Posted Friday at 11:23 PM I've finally put new tires on Big Ugly, the '72 C10. The old ones have a date code of 2006. Great tread depth still, but dismal condition as far as ozone checking goes. Surprisingly, the lug nuts weren't rusted on. It has been about 20 years since I last had them off. The left rear was rusted to the hub, though. Several applications of throttle and brake with the lug nuts loose broke it loose, though. Treated him to new wheels, too. Fresh tires and fresh white paint look as good on a patinaed old truck as they do on a patinaed old tractor. 3

Thegearhead0324 1,438 #1337 Posted 11 hours ago (edited) Besides my 1257, this is my ‘79 F-100, original paint and metal, did some buffing when I got it. I dropped in a roller cam 302 last year, and kept the original “3 on the tree,” some other things I did to it like carpet and interior stuff. I bought it a few years ago in Arkansas, I’m in upstate NY so it was a haul for my 95 Chevy half ton to do, which is in the other picture that I’ve owned for over 7 years from NC. It’s my daily driver and I try to keep up on it best I can. I’ve replaced just about everything in that one mechanically.
