Not sure. I bought a hood bracket from him a while back. He checked the part out before sending it to me and the hole was elongated, so he welded it and drilled a new hole before sending it along. No complaints here.

i bought some transmission bearings from him through a yahoo group. after several emails about which part no.'s i needed, i took his advise and he sent me the wrong bearings. couldn't get in touch with him because his email was changed, and while i could be the customer that "slipped through the crack" as sometimes happens, personally, i won't buy from him again. and i would gladly pass those bearings on to someone in need if i knew what they were for.
