Teddy da Bear 11 #80 Posted March 19, 2009 tomm morning at breakfast we will give thanks for Kathy's health returningThank you.....that would be so nice of you... But did you have to mention breakfast?? That is a sore point with me as I will have to start fending for myself as she leaves at 3:30am... We kind of planned it so she goes back to work late in the week and will only have to work two days and then a break for the weekend..... So it should not be too hard for her. jerrell 1 #82 Posted March 20, 2009  So glad Kathy is mending well, and working, been reading and watching the posts, you know we never really miss anything or anyone until they are taken away either for good or just for a short time to appriciate them, Take care of her and don't let her work to hard, (as if you could) seems like a very strong lady to me,
Operator 7 #83 Posted March 20, 2009 TDB, Not really too far but how did your dog turn out? The tear on the butt thing. Unless I missed the update here somewhere. Randy
Teddy da Bear 11 #84 Posted March 20, 2009 49r.....thanks for asking about my dog.. She is doing fine now. Stupid vet did not want to cover her wound..... I told him that she would chew it and she did.... I had to put a wrap on her leg to keep her from chewing on it. Could not find anything to stay on.....so I used the handyman's friend! You guessed it.... DUCT TAPE! When I was done with her...she looked like she had a fight with a roll of it and lost the battle... Some of it is still on her! It will just have to wear off....lol I took the staples out myself. So wife and dog are doing fine. Wife (not the pup) will be accompaning me to the Auburn show on Saturday if you anyone would like to meet her....lol

Suburban 550 28 #86 Posted March 24, 2009 TDB, Good to hear both Kathy and the dog are doing well. All the members prayers really helped all of you through the rough times. Tell her not to push it at work and try to take it a little easier.
Teddy da Bear 11 #87 Posted March 24, 2009 I just had a preverbial "heart attack". (I opened the bill). There is now a little dispute between the medical center and the insurance company. And you guessed it.....they leave us in the middle. You can only imagine what a 20 day stay in the hospital costs. That plus the operation and doctor's fees. I think they will straighten it out...but it sure makes for a blood pressure SURGE!
illinilefttackle 399 #88 Posted March 25, 2009 :omg: Holy ~!@#-Mike-There's a lot of zero's after the 78. You have more patience than I-I'd be sleeping in front of the door of the insurance company until this is fixed!-WOW-AL
