Tgtack 779 #1 Posted May 8, 2017 I "intended" to give it a clean up and replace the wiring, and one thing led to another, and I think I got a little carried away!

DennisThornton 4,771 #3 Posted May 8, 2017 Should have brought it in sooner! Today's UV rays are brutal! Don't know how the tires survived!

Tgtack 779 #5 Posted May 9, 2017 Thanks, found some stress cracks on some of the sheet metal, so pulled them and had the cracks ground out and tig welded, so one thing led to another, and getting ready to separate the frame from the rear end/tranny so I can flip it over. New tie rods are in order, and there is some play in the front axle, so gotta look at that as well.
Tgtack 779 #6 Posted May 9, 2017 (edited) Found that the rear frame plate that bolts to the tranny has been cracked and bugger welded, will have to grind it out and get it rewelded! Edited May 9, 2017 by Tgtack
