edgro 680 #1 Posted December 16, 2016 Anyone else tried heated gloves for snow plowing? It was mighty cold this morning. I have a pair of Widders That work great. I also have a heated vest, have not used it yet. My gloves are not bulky, not overly warm, but your fingers don't get cold at all. Just install a power outlet on your tractor and it's all good to go Note: Widder is out of business now, but there are other brands of heated motorcycle gloves out there
doc724 925 #2 Posted December 16, 2016 I don't use heated gloves but I do use "Lobster Claws" These are made for bicyclists who are crazy enough to go ride in the winter. Like a mitten, but a separate "pocket for index and middle finger and another separate pocket for ring and pinkie finger. Thumb of course is separate. Good ones have wind block material on the back side (not palm side)
TDF5G 2,073 #3 Posted December 16, 2016 Never tried 'em, but I may consider it. I'm always good until my hands get cold. I hate having to stop to go warm them up.
