Engine power loss

I have a C-161 twin auto with a 16hp Briggs. It's losses power when put under a load and sounds like it miss fires and shoots a flame out the  exhaust at high idle. I flashed the gas tank cleaned the fuel filter, cleaned the carb & rebuilt the fuel pump still the same problem. Any suggestions on where to look next ?  Thanks for any help I can get.

I'm betting you have a bad condenser. Try replacing it with a good one before anything else. They are inexpensive.

Its a mag ignition , no condenser.  Look for a bad wire or a new set of spark plugs.     Wayne

Wayne, you're correct.  I was hasty in the diagnosis.  I do agree it's an electrical problem.

      Choke Assembly

      I have a WH 300 series with a Kohler Magnum 10 engine and I cannot for the life of me figure out how to get the choke cable and linkage set so it will work. The numbers on the engine label  are worn off the, so I cannot give anyone that information. Does anyone have a picture or can you head me in the right direction.
       
      My arm for the linkage assembly is set at 3 o'clock and 9 o'clock if that helps. There seems to be several different linkage rods for this engine.

      Does anyone know where I could find a complete engine rebuild kit from for the k-19 ? I absolutely love my c-195 and have had it for years. But the motor let go last fall and I want to rebuild it or upgrade the motor, any suggestions?
