What I need to know is if you had 22 x 9.00 - 12 tires and you bought some used rims and tires mounted that were 23 x 10.50 - 12 what should the rim width be for both? Same question for the fronts what would the rim width be for 16 x 6.50 - 8 be and the width for the 15 x 6.00 - 6 Is my chart correct. I have all the wheels and cant measure the rims inside bead to bead without removing the tires. pfrederi 18,708 #3 Posted October 31, 2016 Older horses used 16 5.50 8 those rims were 3.75" If you had asked this last week I had several wheels apart for painting. I would guess the 16 6.50 8 would be about an inch wider. Since none of the tires you mentioned interchange in rims what difference does it make?
