Carb linkage solved

 Well after some good help from our members. This is what I have. Not sure of the spring ? This has been apart  for about 4 to 5 years not sure if was even there? this is basically a new engine never been ran. Thanks again for the help.

That's how it should go. What about the spring are you not sure of?

John I found it in my parts bins it looks right but not sure I may just order one to see if this the right one. Thanks for the post.

Shouldnt there be a throttle stop behind the middle linkage bar? Both the 14 and 16 I redid had them. I adjusted to only get 3600 RPM. It is a little piece of angle that bolts behind the middle linkage bar. I will include a pic but it is very hard to see it it is behind the silver bolt head right above the fuel pump.

Jack you mean the L shaped  bracket? Is that on your valve box cover?.

No. I will try to get a better pic today.

Hers the best I can do. I hope it helps. I considered it a throttle stop. It is small. Only about 3/4x3/4x1/2 wide.
