Hey guys, new to this and I just acquired a wheel horse that needs some work done to it. Runs and mows!!! Which is pretty awesome, but it needs some parts for the mower deck, wheels mainly, but I have no idea if parts are interchangeable, and no idea what model the traction unit is or deck size. All it says is wheel horse six speed. And on the engine it has...  K241.  Ser#  S C139023.       Spec. 46333 D     completely new to this and it may be dumb questions asked above but.... I'm lost. Any help with manual would be very much appreciated, or good places to order parts from would be awesome!!! I do have access to a toro distributor at work, and like I said, anything would be appreciated.

Thanks in advance,

Nate.

:WRS: Sounds like you may have a 1067. Is the serial number / ID tag still on the tractor?  The Engine is a 10 horse. If it is a 1067 the tag would be below the dash. Pics may help us with ID too.

:WRS:      Presuming that is the original engine you have a 1967 model 1067 :wh:, here is your manual.

@achto posted while I was attaching the manual, at least we agree! Six inch deck wheels and shoulder bolts should be at Ace, Lowe's or Tractor Supply.

You're right with the tag below the dash T 1067. Thanks guys, that's awesome. Now when I'm looking for new wheels for the deck, are they all pretty much universal for wheel horses?

Ps hope the picture uploads

Should be able to find ones that will work at Tractor Supply, a hardware store or a garden tractor dealer. Take your old ones along for a reference.

May be this deck

If the part is priced here it should still be available from Toro. Often a part number will change over the years and a search for that will often yield other possibilities.

This site will often show other possibilities as well.

Othere side of the state there buddy. Lol near Pittsburgh. Thanks for all the replies guys! Any tips on deck removal? I got it off but I think it was an unconventional way... Had to remove the bolts off the deck and slide it out. Didn't take out the "R" pins and do it that way.

Should only be 3 attachments;

1. the drive belt....loosen the tensioner on the right side and take the belt off the center deck pulley

2. the lift....un bolt the chain or bar from the center deck channel tab and secure it up out of the way

3. the mid attachamatic...pull the hairpin clip out on the left side, then push the lever forward opening the attachamatic and releasing the deck.

the deck should be free of the tractor, but you may have to jack up the front end to clear all the deck hardware when you slide it out.

Going to possibly pick up a bolens 1256 that's been sitting outside for sometime. My question to any of you who have had one or knows about them is how to get them to free wheel. I would need to push it from a field to a driveway. From what I have read there is a pin on the right hand side, on the hub of the rear wheel that you pull out to get the wheel to free spin. Is there any other tow or dump valve on these machines? Also any thoughts on this model in general. Never had one before. Also never have had a wisconsin engine either. What should I expect?

My friction disc in gone on my clutch.  I saw the old post about making a new friction disc, so I'm not concerned about that.
I managed to remove the front clutch plate and double v-belt pulley.  But I can't separate the two.  When I took the assembly off the spiraloc washer popped off on its own.  I HAVE READ THE MANUALS.
So I should be able to just remove the pulley from the front clutch and continue with step 4.  The v-belt pulley is loose as all hell and flops around like a dead fish.  It seems to be hung up on a ring or bearing race.
So my thoughts are grab a BFH or sparky the blue tip wrench.
Is there an unpublished step 3.5, or some trick?

After using my 8-25 mower successfully for several years I noticed the belts were very worn. I replaced the belts and used the mower several mowings this past summer with no problems until as I was mowing the last time the mower would not move in any gear. After stopping and inspecting the traction belt it was almost completely destroyed. Prior to this I had noticed that the engage/disengage lever was getting hard to activate (very stiff). Has anyone had a similar thing happen?
Thanks in advance for any help on this problem.
Just want to keep my mower running.

I’m trying to restore my grandfathers old 252-H to use around my property. The tires are shot and the rims aren’t too far behind. Anyone have any recommendations for rims and tires that would fit well on it?

      right now it has 22 x 7.50 - 12 on the back and 15 x 6 - 6 on the front.

Newb here, recently purchased a b310 that now runs with snow thrower, plow, and mower deck for what I believe to be a good deal for $200. My question to all y’all gurus is what am I missing for my snow thrower attachment? I’d like to get it squared away before winter I know I’m going to need a belt and chain any help would be greatly appreciated.
