:hide: Now all you guys need now is mesqueet (MS) wood (green) i make a trip down to san antonio and visit friends every year and take the pick up, on the way back i always buy a truck load of green wood, when that yeller smoke hits them steaks or ribs it turns that meat into that is just to hard to describe, it will make you slap you mammy for another one. :hide::omg: BTW those pics makes me hungry just looking at them, gonna have to visit HOGS MEAT MARKET and stock up

Not much on the mesquite, too strong of a smoke flavor. Be Okay on something like brisket that is a tough cut, but don't really like it on Pork...

I concur! :D Mesquite would taste good on an Armadillo! :hide:

Steve :drool: Looks like ya got it going on! :( Nice lookin vittles ya got there but watch out! These guys may get on you if yer Burgs aint 4" thick! :drool: They eat anything less than 50 lbs on RITZ CRACKERS! :omg:

I dont blame them, when cooking for a lot of people I find those angus burger patties to be a good alternative to mixing my own. Steaks on the other hand have got to be thick and still moo'ing...

Him being an Okie I doubt he has use for a meat slicer. :omg: They cut their steaks with a band saw! :drool: :(
