It Snowed Here Again

While everybody else is Cutting grass...Here in Minnesota it's still winter.  Even the Cat is afraid of the snow!!!

Here's what we got and just wondering when it will be Spring..

We got 8'' on Sun. We've got more coming, but it'll just be a dusting. Today & tomorrow.  Not enough to open the garage for.

No sympathy here Terry, thats about what we got. Blowing like crazy today.

Don't mind the tub, I played hookie yesterday to work on the bathroom and when it went out the door that's where it's staying till the snow is gone!

Ok I'll quit pulling yer leg about the moose Red...... I was waiting for someone to chime in that there are no moose in Wisconsin but I'm laughing so hard I can't eat my lunch...Its an elk that is hanging off the bottom of the windchime on the porch. We do have elk here no fibbing and if it was real there might have been something other than a camera shooting out the window. Long winter here and the larder's getting empty!.  Unreal the way that pic came out and it does look like it's crossing the driveway!

I know I shouldn't complain....But I'm not sure why it always happens when I'm working the night shift??

Snow is the last thing I want to deal with when up all night and getting home at 0600 am.....

This is what my back deck looked like Sun. around 11:00 or 12:00. and it snowed till 4:00. 

 

   A couple of moderate days and the driveway is snow free. More stuff coming in tonight &

                tomorrow but not worth opening the garage door for.                

                       Hey, it's still March. We all know what to expect.

       Been there,done that. No disrespect, I'm just older and I don't have a 0600 wake up anymore.  Anything around 0600 has more to do with my bladder. You'll get there some day.  Don't hurry.

So is Rosemount near the I-94 beltway??  I'm kind of familiar with the south west side of the twin cities.

yes sir , I'm 15 minutes south of I-94 ....Rosemount is a southern suburb of the Twin Cities Minneapolis/St. Paul.  Metro area.

  My son and his family live in Chaska.  I even think he works on Rosemount.

Chaska is about an 45 -60 minutes south west of me....lots of nice country out there.

Got home was going to try out my other snowblow tractor and it's gone!!! The snow

Plenty of snow here still...although things are melting fast.

Got down to 11 here last nite ...brrr...now the damn tub is froze to the ground! Hoar frost on the trees is pretty cool tho. Sun's out this AM so hopefully the snow will take a beating.

 Actually we do have an occasional moose that wanders over from MN Steve...I think Tom shoos them over... then they see all the hunters with guns and how crazy we are over here and they hightail it back!!
