The tree pollen has started down here (lucky me) and we have had flowers for a couple of  weeks. Will not be long be long before grass and weed clipping will be pouring out the back of the C 120.

I don't know what to make of it!  Last year was brutally cold forever and this winter was next to nothing!  Little cold and very little snow.

Jim,

At least you got some grass.I have mower decks to keep the weeds at the same height.I say that "I have cut a lot of grass but never mowed a lawn".

I say grass but at the rate is going who knows. I never say I going to mow the lawn, always say I am going to cut the yard. Between tree roots, bare spots , dog crap . and oaks that never quit shedding dead leaves ,it is not fun, but gives me something to do besides housework.

They're saying...

this summer will be dryer, and even hotter than last.

For an ole goat that does not do well in the heat , the forecast does not sound like fun.

Wood stoves work you to death. Cut it , split it , stack it , bring to house , bring it in the house, chuck it in the stove, clean out the stove, after embers go out , dispose of ashes. Work , work work keeps you young.

After burning wood for 40 years, I took a break this year.    With fuel oil @ $1.639/gal and the help from el nino, I only burned about one cord.  Saving my wood till oil increases.

Gotta admit, I didn't miss  cleaning the chimney  every month.

Saw my first pair of Robins here yesterday !

My wheeler has been at the shop for diagnostics ( intermittent misfire ) .

After replacing several fuel & air control sensors & new fuel pump ( pretty expensive & dumb mistake on my part ) dealer hooked it up to his software & determined that the issue was a faulty speed sensor in the gearbox .

What does that have to do with the fuel /air ratio you may ask ?

It was telling the ECU that the machine was always moving at a certain speed ,  & over / under-feeding the injectors .

I would have never guessed THAT !

Finally getting her back together now !
