It's the head gasket

   I wanted to start a new thread let you all know. My DR Chipper that I reported about the other day. (Vapors coming from the valve cover )  It was the head gasket.

It blew  inward near a push rod and there by pressurized the base and blew oil up into the valve cover and into the tube plugged into the back of the air filter box.  I'm just glad it wasn't a liquid cooled system.  Anti-freeze and combustion...not a good thing.  I appreciate everyone's in put.  I hope I didn't get anybody shorts in a bunch. You can't stand in a man's boots and say you should do this or that. I don't have a mean sprite......I do have a biting sense of humor.  Blame it on uncle Sam and my brothers in hard hats.  I still ware the denim every day and have my share of used hard hats.   I'll close by saying , Thanks for playing along today.
