IvanW 8 #1 Posted March 5, 2016 For all the D180 owners out there, I have a favor to ask. Can you take a picture of the linkages and connections that control the hydrostatic drive? They're on the right side of the steering column. I've been working on my D180 and found there are some linkages not in the right place and others that I don't know were they go at all. I don't have a manual and can't find any pictures of use so if someone could be so kind as to take a couple quick pictures for me that would be sweet. Thanks! "D"- Man 827 #4 Posted March 6, 2016 Ivan, both of the 18 Automatics that I have owned are different than the linkage on my D-180. If it's nice out tomorrow, maybe I can take some pics.
pfrederi 18,690 #5 Posted March 6, 2016 The parking brake linkage changed over time. Where is your parking brake. Handle on the hood stand below the Instrument panel of using the lower slot to the rear on the motion control lever?
"D"- Man 827 #6 Posted March 6, 2016 When I stated that I would get pics I had no idea that after removing the side acess panel I would discover what appears to be an incomplete linkage. Keep in mind that this D-180 was bought used, and not running, so it is obvious that it may not function as intended.
