Ed Kennell 36,140 #10 Posted January 27, 2016 Hey Jay, I used them a lot 60 years ago when I was hunting and trapping in the mountains of southern Somerset Co. Most folks don't know the highest mountain in Pa is Mt Davis near Meyersdale. We usually had snow cover for 2-3 months every year and the big shoes were the only way to travel in the woods back then. I still try to take them for a walk on every snow we get here in York Co.
