Breaking Christmas Lights

My wife just asked me if I had to break the Christmas lights "every time"?

 

I said, "Yes, it is the only thing I can break and not have to fix"!

Having not found a way to remove the lights, I went to the cheesy Christmas theme and they are gone. Hopefully they will be gone from the RedSquare default theme as soon as Christmas is over. Bah humbug.
