OK, these are a 1 time use and you have to buy the crimping tool too?

Nice to know! I already have the crimp tool from "back in the day". Older model cars used these type clamps on power steering return lines and non fuel injection fuel lines.

Exactly!  And a $62 tool at that!????

One time use is fine, the clamps are cheap, but the tool price is a deal breaker for me.

Looks like it's made in China as well.

My crimpers came from the Mac tool truck, no telling what they cost twenty-some years ago...

you can crimp these with a pair of side cutters or the like. we have a bunch of these at work and just have a pair of cutters like this for crimping them. Channellock-7-Inch-Cutting-Pliers-Nipper

Do you guys find that these are the best thing to use for fuel lines? I have just been using the spring style clamps like the originals.

They would work great but removing then to change filters etc would be a pain.

These are the real deal ones on Amazon for around $25.00

They have the little thingy in the center to finalize the crimp at the end of the stroke .

Those are actually CV boot pliers. You can put 2 breaker bars on it to really clamp the boot tight.
